Role: Marketing Associate
During my time as a Marketing Associate at Tydo, I dedicated myself to enhancing the reach and impact of our brand, products, and content marketing strategies across diverse channels.
Content Strategy and Management:
I managed Tydo's content calendar on Assembly, where I developed and executed our social media strategy. I also conducted interviews with numerous founders and operators within the e-commerce enablement space, using their insights to create compelling editorial pieces for our blog, The Pulse. I aimed to ensure that our content not only deeply resonated with our target audience of brand founders and operators, but was also optimized for SEO. Additionally, I handled a multitude of creative briefs and maintained seamless communication with our external web and email agencies, ensuring maximum efficiency and success for our owned marketing efforts.
Product Launches and Marketing Initiatives:
I leveraged my own expertise as well as my ownership of Tydo’s content engine to support marketing campaigns for significant product launches, including Questions, Tydo’s Ecommerce Glossary, and Discover. Through strategic planning and meticulous execution, these initiatives garnered substantial attention and engagement, significantly enhancing our brand's recognition and growth.
Community Engagement and Thought Leadership:
One of my notable projects was leading communications and web updates for Friends of Tydo, an online directory showcasing e-commerce thought leaders and founders. This initiative not only bolstered our brand's reputation as an industry authority but also facilitated meaningful connections within the greater online e-commerce community.
